In this 28-Day Program, you will get one-on-one guidance and support from Vanessa, Menopause Yoga Coach. I provide women with practical tools and simple techniques to navigate the Menopause with grace and ease. My approach combines the wisdom of yoga, good food and mindfulness to support you right now.
Our Approach
Create Awareness: With a lot of grace, understand what is happening in the body during the Menopause and how it is impacting your everyday.
Learn Skills: Practice yoga and create new healthy habits that supports the fluctuations in your body and mind so you can manage hormonal symptoms.
Practice in Real Life: Taking action will determine how your mind and body feels. It is one thing to know what is good for you and another thing to actually practice it regularly.
Practically, in our sessions…
You will practice specially adapted yoga practices with breathing techniques and mindful meditation exercises to help manage the main symptoms such as hot flushes, anxiety, irritability, insomnia, fatigue, lack of focus and low mood.
Receive guidance on natural remedies, nutrition, and medical approaches to hormone replacement.
We will have one on one discussions, guided reflections, and mindfulness exercises to share experiences to get clarity on what works and what doesn’t.

Week 1: Empower Yourself through the Menopause
Learn what is happening in the body
Understand symptoms (hot flashes, anger, brain fog, etc.)
Unveil the tools that supports the body
Week 2: Rest + Digest - The secret to having energy
Let go of exhaustion, overwhelm and disconnect
Manage sleep and create a healthy daily rhythm
Tap into digestion and rest using yoga + breath
Week 3: Nourish - Get your sparkle back
What to eat and when
Why how you nourish your body makes a huge difference
And... all about alcohol, sugar, and processed foods
Week 4: Soothe - YOUR Practice
Depending on your unique situation, as we go through the program together, we create practices in yoga, food, and your daily rhythm so you have several tools to look after yourself during this time of transition
What is included?
4 x yoga + health coaching sessions (about 75-minutes)
Accountability and ongoing email/text support in between sessions
Education about the Menopause, yoga, and nutritionLifestyle and self-care recommendations
Food and simple recipe ideas
