Yoga is for Every Body.
This yoga is 100% accessible, and inclusive for all bodies.
Every movement and breath in our yoga practice is there to release tension, build resilience within the body, while building flexibility and strength. The results include restoring energy, and creating a calm, focused mind.
The Different Styles of Yoga
Rest + Reset
This is not the same yoga as in the studios where they bend into pretzel positions. This yoga style is more about slowing down, connecting to the breath, and resetting the nervous system.
The goal is to calm the mind, do slow mindful movements to release tension and offer a way to get out of the stress response. This allows the body to recuperate and move towards healing.
This yoga style is helpful for…
Seeking energy
Managing stress
Recovering from burnout
Digestive issues
No yoga experience necessary. 100% accessible, and inclusive – for all bodies.
Menopause Yoga
Menopause yoga is a specialized form of yoga designed to support and empower women going through the menopausal transition.
It incorporates gentle yoga poses, mindful movements, meditation, and breathwork techniques tailored to address the unique physical and emotional challenges that menopause can bring.
This practice helps alleviate symptoms like hot flashes, mood swings, and anxiety while promoting overall well-being. This is a safe and nurturing space for women to embrace this natural life stage.
This yoga style is suitable if you…
are just starting out with yoga
would like to build strength and flexibility
want to alleviate menopausal symptoms like hot flashes and mood swings
are looking for a bit more energy
need to sleep better
No yoga experience necessary. Inclusive – for all bodies.
Yoga for Digestive Health
In this class we focus on bringing regularity to our digestion. The goal is to calm the mind, do slow mindful movements to release tension and provide a space to digest.
By using gentle movement with the breath we bring circulation to the pelvic area, intestines, muscles, and joints. This encourages the nervous system to relax and move towards “rest and digest” instead of “fight and flight” tones.
This yoga style is helpful for…
Constipation
Managing bloating
Providing relief from IBS and Crohne’s Disease
Digestive issues
No yoga experience necessary. 100% accessible, and inclusive – for all bodies.
Vinyasa Flow
In this class we practice a series of movements matched with the breath (called a vinyasa flow.)
Every class is different and gives an opportunity for the mind to practice focus and steadiness, while moving the body towards building strength and flexibility.
This yoga style is suitable if you…
are just starting out with yoga
want to slow down and reconnect with your body
would like to build strength and flexibility
want to relieve stress and tension
want to improve your balance
are curious about yoga and meditation
No yoga experience necessary. Inclusive – for all bodies.
