How can I get my family on a healthy track?

By focusing on making one simple change at a time!

Here is what I covered in the 30-minute call with the Juice Plus+ Team and their Healthy Starts for Families customers.

  1. Nutrition

    • Take the pressure off

    • It takes time to get used to a new taste (like spinach or broccoli)

    • Have fun in the kitchen - Fun kitchen tools!

  2. Sleep

    • Create daily rhythms and regular break times with the “pomodoro” technique

    • Bedtime rituals for children

    • Bedtime rituals for parents

  3. Fitness

    • Start slow, with 1 x a week, booked in the calendar

    • Low commitment, try a 15 minute HIIT or Yoga session.

    • Active with the gamily on the weekend! Choose an activity where everyone moves.

  4. Hydration

    • Water has a taste! So find the one you like.

    • Sexy water bottle.

    • Eat your water in the form of soups, stews and fruit/veg that contain a lot of water.
